We will meet via a HIPPA compliant platform, called Simple Practice. You will receive a unique link each week to connect to the video session.
Video sessions, like in-person sessions, are safe, secure and confidential. Whether we meet virtually or in person, you’ll receive the same thoughtful, personalized care.

My standard fee is $225 for a 50-minute session. Most clients meet with me weekly, although the frequency of sessions may vary depending on your needs and the nature of the work.
I recognize that therapy is an investment, and I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces when possible. If my fee is outside your current budget, I’m also happy to discuss whether working with one of the associate therapists in my practice may be a good fit.
I accept UnitedHealthcare for a very limited number of clients. If you have UnitedHealthcare insurance, please reach out to inquire about current availability.

The length of therapy varies from person-to-person and depends on your goals, circumstances, and the nature of the concerns we’re addressing. Some people benefit from focused, shorter-term work, while others choose to engage in longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and create more lasting change.
Because I work from a psychodynamic and depth-oriented perspective, therapy is not tied to a predetermined number of sessions. We’ll talk together about how therapy is progressing and whether continuing, shifting focus, or bringing our work to a close makes the most sense.

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and the relationship you develop with your therapist matters. Our 30-minute consultation is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and get a sense of how I work.
You may not know immediately whether we’re the right fit—and that’s okay. Often, it’s simply about noticing how you feel in the conversation: Do you feel heard and understood? Do you feel like you can be yourself?
The goal is for you to leave the conversation with a clearer sense of whether I’m someone you can feel comfortable doing this work with.
